Kevin & Alexandrea | Admiral Kidd Club Wedding | San Diego Wedding Photographer

I still remember the day Alexandrea came over to book their wedding package for her upcoming 2013 wedding.  We had a blast in my office - talking weddings and details, vendors, pictures and just laughing!  She's such a doll - it's no wonder she had a large wedding party and so many amazing friendships...and no wonder she found such a great man like Kevin!

Loved her from the beginning. Absolutely loved Kevin when we met him at the engagement photos (San Juan Capistrano) - they felt like close friends from the get go... Seemed like their wedding was so far away and yet it came so quickly and now they have been married over a month! It's crazy how you get to know your clients so well and you just love them.  I miss Alex and we still talk over text!!!

I love shooting at the Admiral Kidd Club.  Kevin and Alex also got hotel rooms at the Hyatt at Sea Port Village - her room was amazing as you will see in the photos - high up and wide open with beautiful window light - her girls were so attentive to her - such good friends.   Kevin's men just as supportive.  The whole day start to finish was a blast.  When we walked through Sea Port Village to take some photos, the whole place started clapping - she was like a celebrity heading through as people stopped to tell her how beautiful she was (and boy was she) - Kevin had to be proud walking next to her...and she proud as well as he looked amazing himself...People kept asking if they could be in the photos - it was hilarious!!!! 

It's always fun for me to watch the girls, sisters and mom's all get ready in the room - there's nothing quite like it.  I also feel so honored to be a part of all those moments!

Oh - and as a side - all the vendors were amazing for this wedding - she did her due diligence and seriously it was all perfect.  The live music during the ceremony and the beginning of the reception was truly incredible - I had never seen anything like it.  Her Uncle married her and it was as sweet and touching as it could be.  Enjoy all the details - a lot of work went into make this day as beautiful as it was.  Alexandrea did an amazing job!!!
