This little one was a blast – a TON of personality and super fun to work with.  She was sweet and confident at the same time.  She needed some new headshots done – blessing for me :)   She is interested in doing voice over – she will do fabulous that is for sure! 

I asked her to look sassy and look what she came up with – one of my favs…

I’m going to try and keep up with blogging – this time of year is the busiest for my family - I know – you can laugh – we are always busy but really – this is SUPER busy! I need to catch my family blog too!!! I have a couple babies to blog so I’ll try and do that soon!!!

Jade came over a couple weeks ago. It was super fun to see her and her mom– Jessy and Jade played softball together on the same team about a year ago. We loved reconnecting with this sweet family. Jade is INCREDIBLY photogenic and beautiful. She is interested in acting and needed headshots done for a comp card which we designed. The cards come tomorrow :) Can’t wait to see them!

I’m thinking that she may get modeling jobs – she is just so photogenic! We did all these at my home….

This last one is my favorite. We put in in black and white on the front of the card with four pictures on the back….

Can you believe it’s February already???? Time is flying by…..This post is super long – not with writing but with TONS of pictures. I just couldn’t pick what I liked best…..

This baby is the SWEETEST CUTEST baby girl!! She was so cute the whole shoot – I think she should be in GAP ads….I must say that this is in my top 5 photoshoots ever! We had to postpone at Christmas time and then during the huge rains…I’m so thankful though because I got to have her at 8 months!!! I have always said that 8 months is my favorite baby age…you will see why as you look at these pictures. 8 month olds are JUST THE BEST!!!! I remember all my kids at 8 months – I love everything about this age….like sitting in the high chair with cheerios - I miss that....in fact - She made me want another one…

As a side note - I write above my pictures - I notice a lot of people write below them but I think it seems easier to write above them and read as you scroll down??????? Can you tell me what you like better???

I liked this picture in color and black and white. I am a big fan of orange so I think I like it better in color….

This next picture cracks me up – she LOVED the lambskin we laid her on - you could just tell – she was moving her arms to feel it!! We all love it – I won’t let my kids lay on it – it’s for the BABIES!!!

These next two are two of my most favorite pictures ever….

I actually think this next one is the BEST one….If I ever get a “real” studio – this is going in it….(these are all taken in my schoolroom!)

and I just love this next one!!! doesn’t she have the cutest look on her face? and I love the way she is sitting!! This is also one of my most favs!!!!

We also did some quick family pics in my yard. It was actually raining but we pulled it off – we did these first…. They were so sweet and fun the whole time. I really loved being with them and when they all left my kids commented on how nice they all were! Can’t wait for her next appointment – I think when Madeleine is 1 year. See how happy they are? No wonder she is the best baby ever!

Have you ever seen an upside down tree?  I have never seen anything decorated so beautifully – I don’t even know how to describe it.  This first house didn’t have a lot of light so I had to use lighting….  I prefer natural light but it was fun to bounce the lights off the wall and figure it out…

 

These pocket watches were hanging all over the tree – they were amazing…They represent Father Time.  You can see them in the above pictures.  She also had fairy’s flying everywhere.  This next picture is from the tree Jill had in her own home.  Her tree was whimsically decorated – I loved it!!  She had the same pocket watches at the above pictures…

This was in the master bedroom of the first home!  Beautifully decorated.  She had candles lit behind me on candle sticks and I almost caught my hair on fire!   I thought this fireplace was just amazing!  I would want to be in my room all the time…

This cat was in the next home…HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A CAT LIKE THIS????

This was at the end of the stairwell – I wish I could do bows and pretty things like this!   and the next pic is an upside down Christmas tree – so beautiful!

Jill is amazing because there is not anything out of place – no tags – nothing showing that shouldn’t be…I came home and took scissors and cut off all my tags that I left intending to do later…

Another home….this one was in Santiago Canyon Estates.  Incredible view…I loved this door.  Wouldn’t it look amazing with a bride in front of it?

There were 8 trees in this home.   I will post full details later by room.  Each tree was decorated differently with a different theme.  I was blow away by Jill’s talent for decorating….

And I squeezed in a senior session…I just love this kid – and I love milkweeds.  I don’t even think I am allergic to them!
