Ty and Karlie complement each other perfectly. It was extreme joy to capture their wedding day. Their engagement photos are here: CLICK HERE and that blog post also tells a little of their story...

I have actually known Ty since he was a young boy.  His mother is a dear friend of mine who has been involved in all 4 of my adoptions and we formed a tight friendship over all those years.  I was so excited when Karlie chose me and Jessy to capture her wedding day.  I fell in love with Karlie the minute I met her.  It amazes me how this fun business I have knits my heart to these girls...and Karlie not only as a Bride - but as a friend as well.

They are so cute together - their wedding was so fun.  They chose to not do a first look - when she walked down the stairs meeting her father at the bottom - it was dramatic and touching.  Her father waited at the bottom holding her bouquet of flowers.   Ty's brother sang during the ceremony - they were married by Karlie's Uncle - it was a beautiful family affair and they are obviously loved by many.  I was able to go to one her her showers from her side of the family and it was a joy to meet all the women who have impacted her life, from her mother, to her Aunt to Grandmas, cousins, and her sister.

As I know Ty so well - it was really fun to me to see Karlie and how she is his perfect complement.  They are great together.  Ty is an amazing man, a strong leader, and completely devoted to Jesus Christ and this sweet girl.  This sweet girl loves the Lord and was so excited to plan this day and get to be his wife - she's strong, smart, funny and witty....and beautiful inside and out!  Even now it's fun to hear of their first 2 months - they are still on cloud 9 and I am sure will remain that way....

And...as a side note as you see these photos...how amazingly beautiful will their children be??  When she got ready all I could think was how stunning she was and how Ty was going to pass out when he saw her and that I prayed he did not....  We did some fun Bridals with her as well because we had time - she's a supermodel...

And yes this is a long post...couldn't help myself....I know all my weddings have lots of pics but we think it's fun to show the whole day... this may change now as we have the PASS accounts and all the photos are there but for now.....
